In Albuquerque for the weekend from out of town and long overdue for a haircut. Called around to other salons and barber shops around Central Ave, but had trouble making a short-notice / walk-in appointment. Stumbled across this gem and was so glad that I did! No appointment needed, waited for just a few minutes while she finished up with the customer ahead of me. Quick, straightforward haircut that looked great, and great conversation! Sunny has been in business for years and seems to have accumulated a loyal customer base. There was even space for my wife and 3.5 month-old son to escape the heat, for him to feed and have a diaper change as well. Will definitely be back the next time we're in town!
